As a Cashier:You have the responsibility of making each guest know
they matter to us by greeting them energetically and with sincere
hospitality upon arrival. Cashiers ensure that each guest gets
exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items,
repeating back their order and being knowledgeable of the menu and
the ordering system. This is a key role in the restaurant because
you are trained to be efficient in processing orders but need to
bring your natural, friendly personality to the forefront to make
each guest feel special. Handling credit cards, rewards cards and
cash takes focus and precision which is why each cashier is trained
thoroughly prior to being independent. As a Server:You will be
greeting guests with a smile and serving them the great food they
have come to enjoy. You're responsible for making sure that all
food goes to each guest exactly the way they ordered it, to our
high standards and always ensure hot foods are hot and cold foods
are cold. Remember that packaging is equally important so you must
ensure that orders are set up correctly for dine-in and packaged
correctly with all utensils, napkins and condiments for delivery or
carry out. You will be trained to keep all service areas including
dining room, beverage areas and front service areas stocked and
clean at all times. Our guests deserve nothing but the best in
professionalism, atmosphere and service! As a Cook:Preparing and
presenting our great food according to company specifications is
what cooks enjoy doing. We will teach you how to use all of the
equipment, resources and tools needed to prepare only the best
product for our guests. You will put your food safety knowledge in
practice, learn to always keep a safe and sanitary work station and
best of all make delicious meals each time you work. Great cooks
ensure that each order is made exactly the way the guest has
requested and nothing is served that does not meet our high
standards. As a Shift Leader:This is the first step into leadership
at our company. You assist the General Manager in the restaurant
operation in a manner that will achieve guest satisfaction,
maintain a friendly and enthusiastic work environment while
achieving company profit objectives by coaching and mentoring the
team. Keep in mind that this is the basic information and you will
learn more after you apply. Certain age restrictions will apply to
the type of equipment you can handle, if the restaurant serves
beer/wine and you must be 18 years of age to be a delivery driver
and a minimum of 15 (16 in NH) years old to be a team member.
