ICS is seeking an individual to join our Insides Sales Team as a
New Business Development Representative.

Do you love talking with small business owners? Are you willing to
make 100 calls a day? Then, this is an ideal time to join the ICS
business development team.
ICS is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to generate
solid relationships over the phone that lead to new customer
engagements.
Requirements:
- Cold calling prospects to identify decision makers and gain
business intelligence
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound dials daily
- Generate and confirm a minimum of 3-5 appointments for outside
sales representatives per week
- Develop and manage leads through marketing and CRM database
management
Qualifications:
- Strong telephone skills, comfortable talking to C-Level
executives
- Confident, positive attitude
- Some sales experience
- Strong communication skills, comfortable talking to C-Level
executives
- Basic PC skills required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $19.25 per hour + commission - On Target Earnings at $50k
- Unlimited commissions with no ceiling
