The Sturbridge Host Hotel + Conference Center is centrally located in Sturbridge Massachusetts on beautiful Cedar Lake.We offer 232 guest rooms, with 24 mini suites, 5 suites, along with 35,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Our team is looking for individuals that are great at customer service, whom believe in hospitality and know how to multi-task. By excelling in hospitality, you make our guest experience spectacular.We have the best team in the hospitality industry, if you feel you can enhance our team see the qualifications below. We have 2nd shift and overnight shifts available, occasionally first shift as well. We look forward to hearing from you.Qualifications

• Must have great customer service skills
• Must have a flexible schedule. We generally have standard shifts, but occasionally need flexibility in shifts.
• Able to use a computer, basic email and web skills required.
• Multi-tasking is a learned skill, you will need to work with a guest at the desk, while pleasantly answering the phone, explaining to the caller you will be right with them.
• Must be a team player, who follows guidelines.
