into the leading voice? Our new Digital Marketing Specialist will
be a key player in planning, implementing, and managing digital
marketing strategies across our ever-growing portfolio of websites.
This role requires a well-rounded and well-organized specialist who
makes data-driven decisions and is an excellent communicator. It
demands a strong understanding of and a willingness to take
ownership of driving the day-to-day success of digital marketing
efforts. Responsibilities:Own your numbers as part of a highly
data-driven teamWorking with Paid Digital Strategy leaders to
support paid advertising campaigns to reach marketing goals across
digital platforms for full portfolio of companiesManaging
daily/weekly/monthly social ad spend budget across numerous
platformsWork with Email Marketing Strategy leaders to plan, build
and execute email marketing campaignsParticipate in roadmap
development to expand digital marketing strategiesMonitor A/B tests
for landing pages, emails and ads and report on resultsEdit
Wordpress websites and landing pages, occasionally developing new
templates based on provided designsMonitor and maintain
site-related automation systems, providing recommendations for
improvement along the wayParticipate in marketing analyst projects
and other marketing reporting as neededWork with SEO Strategy
leaders and contractors to assist with SEO implementation as
neededSee campaigns through from conception to launchProviding
continuous actionable insights into campaign
performanceQualifications:2+ years experience in a social media
marketing roleFamiliarity with B2B and/or Account Based Marketing
strategiesExperience in Email Marketing Platforms, Marketo
preferredExperience running paid social on Linkedin, Facebook,
Instagram and other platformsExperience in Wordpress (Elementor
editor a plus)Experience in Google AnalyticsAdobe Creative Suite
experience a plusExperience with CanvaProficient in ExcelAbility to
analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendationsCritical
thinking and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with great time
