Job Description:

The Willows Premier Retirement Community for Active Adults at Worcester is seeking a Dining Room Coordinator to ensure the timely professional operation of the resident dining areas which promotes resident and guest enjoyment and satisfaction, provide leadership and supervision of the resident dining areas which promotes employee morale and effective delivery of service. The Dining Room Coordinator ensures the highest standard of quality in the staffing, serving and operating of all dining areas and special functions. Every other weekend rotation- 12p-8:30p on Saturdays, 8a-2p on Sundays. 12p-8:30p on weekdays.

COVID-19 Considerations: In compliance with DPH regulations, all staff must be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.

Minimum Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
Comprehensive knowledge of dining room services.
High level of professionalism in mannerism and appearance.
Ability to deal with youthful staff.
Ability to handle problems in a professional and efficient manner.
