Spectrum's Mobile program will provide access to medication for
opioid use disorder (MOUD) throughout the City of Worcester using a
specially equipped van. This mobile program will target high-need
populations who have been unable to access treatment under
traditional, brick-and-mortar models. Target sites to improve
access and engagement in treatment include shelters, food banks,
homeless encampments, isolated neighborhoods and locations with a
high-incidence of overdose events.
Location: Worcester, MA - Mobile Unit
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours.
Pay rate:
$28.00/hour (Master's Level).
$32.00/hour (Licensed - LICSW or LMHC).
TheMobile OutreachClinicianis responsible for:
Providing quality individual clinical services and case management
to assigned clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual
diagnosis needs.
Providing group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and
following group facilitation protocol as trained.
Referring clients to appropriate services in the community as
necessary.
Maintaining comprehensive current clinical skills, competencies,
licensure and certification as required and attending internal
meetings and trainings as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Master's degree required (in clinical psychology,
education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing,
rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related
field).
Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience
required.
LICSW or LMHC licensure is preferred.
Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or, as an alternative,
appropriate documentation that will support either a medical or
religious exemption.
