As a part of OptumCare, Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Regional Float APC to help support its primary care practices in the Metro-West geography in central Massachusetts. The Metro-West practice locations are Framingham, Milford, Shrewsbury, Southborough and Westborough. --As a leader in the team-based care model, at Reliant we recognize that providers don't just want to provide--care, but they want to do it well.       • Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
      • Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
      • Active DEA License
      • 3+ years of--experience providing primary care in an out-patient setting
