Our Security Officers play an essential role for our clients and in society. The Patient Watch Rover position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. Reports directly to the Site Supervisor and assists with their duties after primary responsibilities are complete.
Qualifications you MUST have for consideration:

• 
  18 years of age or above
  
  
• 
  HS Diploma or GED
  
  
• 
  3+ years experience in one of the following: Security, Law Enforcement, Military, or Emergency Medical fields
  
  
• 
  1+ years experience as a Supervisor or equivalent position in aforementioned fields
  
  
• 
  Pass background investigation and drug screening
  
  
• 
  Authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  
  Primary and Secondary responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Provide relief/ breaks to existing Patient Watch Officers
    
    
  • 
    Maintain security and safety of the client site by assisting Site Supervisor day-to-day operations
    
    
  • 
    Assist in scheduling for book offs and open shifts
    
    
  • 
    Help when open posts exist during shift by working post or filling via scheduling
    
    
  • 
    Maintain and enforce policy and procedure
    
    
  • 
    Plans, assigns, and directs work to supervisors, screeners, and greeters
    
    
  • 
    Issue corrective action, bring to the attention of Management employees that require corrective action
    
    
  • 
    Train new officers, identify and re-train existing officers that require additional training
    
    
  • 
    Conduct uniform inspections of all employees daily
    
    
  • 
    Bring 30+ day confiscated items to police department for destruction
    
    
  • 
    Conduct quarterly screener testing for competency. Refer failing screeners to management for re-training
    
    
  • 
    Issue yearly training and recertification tests and paperwork, provide paperwork to management
    
    
  • 
    Review and issue constructive criticism to officers' DAR entries to correct issues
    
    
  • 
    Monthly/quarterly audits, accounting of operations, providing data for management
    
    
  • 
    Maintain client satisfaction with employees' performance on post
    
    
  • 
    Full knowledge of computer programs used
