JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide multi-level support to
the PMIO Director's account leadership in the provision of
strategic and governance oversight and accountability to
organizational multi-year, multi-phased initiatives for case
validation, roadmap development, and capital and expense
tracking.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Creates policies, procedures, and processes relating to
initiatives and client needs while developing KPIs (Key Performance
Indicators), Metrics, and BRs (Business Reviews).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
There are no formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Provides informal assistance, such as technical guidance and/or
training, to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and
supervise assignments of various levels of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong
organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient,
timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to
effectively present information in writing, in a white paper or
summarized form, or through a live presentation to large
groups.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
with an emphasis in either Engineering, Architecture, Finance,
Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or
related field. Minimum 4 years of related experience and/or
training.
Previous Project Manager experience and/or business analysis work
experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Certification(s) in PMP (Project Management Professional)
preferred.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages,
discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial
analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications including: Word, Excel,
Power Point, Outlook, MS Project and Project Server.
Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach
including handling multiple deadlines and changing project
scope/direction.
Exercise project leadership skills combined with strong intuition
for business and in-depth analytical skills.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with detailed understanding of procedures, company
policies, and business practices to achieve general results and
deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project
deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to
department.
