Job Description:
Seeking a person to fill our new Sales-Hybrid position, when not
in the field networking to establish referral partners for our
business, you will also be working and learning about our
services--with our team sorting out the treasures in a house to
sell on our online auction site, donating items or packing to help
a senior move.
Making a big difference in the lives of seniors and their families

What Are We Looking For?
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess
excellent interpersonal and phone skills with the ability to
develop a rapport with business partners and clients, have a
charismatic personality while creating new opportunities for our
franchise along with continuously learning the business through
working in the field with our team sorting out the treasures in a
house, donating items or helping with our online auctions.
--This hybrid position is a continuous evolution through working on
both sides of our business.
Compensation: $19 - $22.50 hourly based on experience. Approx. 30
hours per week or more.
Industry training/education provided.
Responsibilities:
--- Develop relationships with real estate offices, assisted living
facilities and retirement communities, elder law attorneys, and
more
--- Provide reporting as required, to franchise owner or
manager
--- Support and utilize our tools such as our ongoing development
training program, and add your contacts to our CRM
--- Learn our business through working with our Team in houses and
also to fill in when needed
Qualifications:
--- Experience with great past results is definitely preferred over
education! We always look at knowledge, experience, personality,
and success first
--- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and
the ability to negotiate effectively
--- Have a positive mindset and strong sense of purpose with the
capacity to develop a passion for the mission and vision of the
franchise
--- Motivated, self-starter with strong organization and time
management skills
--- Possesses the ability to work in a team environment
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) Facebook, and LinkedIn
--- Experience working with Seniors is a plus, not a
requirement
