Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated ESY (Extended School Year) Paraprofessional to join our team in Leicester, MA. As an ESY Paraprofessional, you will work alongside teachers and therapists to provide support and assistance to students with disabilities in grades K-12 during the summer months. Prior experience working in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students with disabilities in a K-12 caseload during the ESY program.
• Assist with classroom management and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) as directed by the supervising teacher.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the supervising teacher.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians as needed. Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience working in a similar role preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Must be able to work full-time during the ESY program.
