Job Description:

In search of a Treasure Hunter who is able to sort out all the treasures in the house.




Experience working with Estate Sale companies, an eBay reseller, Retail Manager or Real Estate is a big plus - need a passion for helping others.

Flexible Hours part-time hours available during the day.

Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester provides older adults and their families with much-needed services such as



--- Downsizing and sorting their home for personal belonging sale
--- Determining what is a donation and what is an item of value to sell on our online estate auction
--- Packing and unpacking to resettle a client into a retirement community

Compensation:

--- $18 per hour to start with no experience, up to $21 with experience. As you excel at your own pace, you will earn more with the growth of responsibilities, as we are always on the hunt for talent to help us grow. Offering Flexible scheduling may lead to more hours or full-time for the right candidate.--Complete Industry Training Provided.

Responsibilities:
--- Sort through a client's house to determine what's a donation, what's of value to be sold, or what is to be trashed
--- Selecting household items to be grouped into lots and photographed for online auction sales
--- Safely pack/unpack and resettle the client's household items at the new residence
--- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts, with flexible scheduling
--- Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions at the job site
--- Have stamina and drive and be able to resolve problem situations with a smile on your face
--- Other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:
--- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
--- Understand Computer basics
--- Experience with engaging social media marketing is a Big Plus!
--- Ability to interact with co-workers and function well in a team environment
--- High School diploma or equivalent
--- Valid driver's license
