Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform title examination and analyze chain of title for
residential properties
Resolve issues in title documentation and prepare initial title
commitment
Provide underwriting interpretation and review reports for
accuracy
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience
Experience in searching and examining Texas land records
preferred
Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
Able to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title
orders
High School Diploma or equivalent
