Job Description:
A company is looking for an IDX & Compliance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn all aspects of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) contracts and
policies, paperwork processing and website compliance
Initiate contact with local MLS office for new clients upon receipt
of new contract
Review website content and branding before website launch to ensure
compliance with local IDX standards
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of client service experience
Experience working with external vendors, clients, etc
Proven success managing a variety of daily tasks and producing
flawless results
Real Estate or e-commerce industry experience is a plus
Experience working with MLS Boards is a plus
