  • Finishing a $60M Multi-family project for the next six months
  • Ensuring job site operations are in compliance & completed on schedule, within budget, to quality standards
  • Maintaining an effective and open dialogue with the necessary internal and external individuals
  • Continuously promoting positive subcontractor relations
  • Overseeing budget management, cost control, and invoice reviews
  • Assisting with RFIs, Submittals, and complete change orders as necessary
  • Mentoring and coaching direct reportsProfileThe right candidate will have:
    • Commercial Construction Superintendent experience with a GC (5+ years)
    • Experience building ground-up Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Industrial and Retail projects valued at $10M+
    • Currently holds title of Superintendent who is ready to take the next step as Lead
    • Experience managing & developing other Superintendents
    • Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications
    • Good written and communication skills
    • Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    • Familiarity with construction/project management
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
    • CPR/First Aid Certified
    • 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
    • 30-Hour OSHA (preferred)Job OfferThe Lead Superintendent will receive:
