Your Work Matters How will you make a difference?

The Community Liaison implements the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing referral potentials from assigned accounts, and developing new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business development systems.

  • Develop new accounts and markets in the employer EAP, Primary Care Physicians/LicensedPractitioners and managed care segments, and as directed by the Director of BusinessDevelopment.
  • Develop a designated number of qualified business development contacts per week, which willachieve the overall business development goals and objectives.
  • Develop account management list to maintain current account information, and update asrequired.
  • Actively participate with established community relationships in problem solving and works with facility staff to assure issues are resolved during a patients stay and upon discharge.
  • Contact all primary accounts through personal visits, telephone calls and letters/mailers on anongoing basis, developing and encouraging a relationship of trust with all active accounts.
  • Monitor referrals and admissions, and plan an appropriate strategy to maximize referral potential.
  • Maintain current awareness of changes in the industry through self-education, peer education,and professional and community involvement for the betterment of this position and the facility.
  • Participate with internal facility marketing such as the possible creation of an internal facilitynewsletter, employee communications, special event communications, etc.. Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:
    • Education & Licensure (if applicable): A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration orrelated field is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience:Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.

          Compensation:

          This is a Full-Timerole and the expected compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 annually. We're eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Community Liaison!
