Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Breast Biopsy Procedure Coordinator to join our team at Reliant Medical Group in Worcester, MA. As a key member of our radiology team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of breast biopsy procedures.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain aseptic environments for procedures
• Pass instruments and equipment to radiologists and technologists during procedures
• Maintain equipment and supply levels, sterilize/clean instruments and equipment
• Assist in cleaning and stocking procedure rooms, preparing for the next patient
• Properly care for specimens and process pathology orders and chain of custody as needed
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and technologistsRequirements
  • Medical Assistant certification or Surgical Technology degree from an accredited program
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Proven ability to multitask and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications
    • Radiology experience
    • Experience with Epic and/or Hologic breast imaging equipment
    • Proven exceptional patient care/customer service skills
