grow, and spread joy. What You'll DoThe Regional Lead is
responsible for supervising the seamless, high-quality execution of
the most complex tent projects and tasked with carrying out
objectives set directly by the Director of Tent Field Operations.
The person in this position will work with managers, supervisors,
Sales Team members, and employees across the Tent Department to
help accomplish department goals. On-site support and site visits
with the Sales Team during planning process will be critical to the
success of this role. The Regional Lead is also responsible for
improving the efficiency and skills of the department's Field
Supervisors and Field Staff. This position reports to the Director
of Tent Operations in a direct reporting relationship and is
located primarily at the Company's headquarters in Woburn, MA. The
ability to travel to various jobsites all throughout the country is
required.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES--- Supervision of all crew
members on jobsites.--- Ability to manage a job site and production
schedule with multiple vendor partners--- Maintain accurate Digital
paperwork pertaining to the specific project and update any changes
occurring on the job.--- Review Drawings and Sketches on all
jobs.--- Ensure safe installation and removal of all PEAK equipment
in a timely manner.--- Help train Field Staff on the safe
installation and removal of all PEAK equipment.--- Review all
installations and removals with management. Note any unusual
occurrences on project.--- Inspect all fabric and equipment for
proper installation and removal. Identify, record, and report any
damage of PEAK equipment.--- Create a positive atmosphere--- Aid in
developing comprehensive plans of attack with Project Managers for
specific projects.--- Support all Field Supervisor and Tent
installer training programs.--- Hold crew members accountable for
the proper care and use of all PEAK tools and equipment.--- Oversee
proper usage and Maintenance requirements on all Peak vehicles and
equipment on jobsites. Report damage and misuse to management in a
timely manner.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For--- Drivers License
required--- Must have experience with temporary Structures and
large event installations.--- Must pass a drug test if operating
any PEAK vehicle.--- Strong verbal and written communication
skills.--- Exceptional leadership skills a must.--- Ability to
multitask in a fast-paced high stress environment.--- Must be able
to work non-traditional hours. (Early mornings, nights, Weekends,
and long days)--- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving
skills--- Excellent organizational and project management skills---
Must be professional in appearance and behavior.--- Must be able to
motivate crew members and encourage teamwork.--- Mass H.E.L.D.O.T.
Medical Card, and OSAH 10 a plus but not required.--- Construction
background a plus but not required.COMPENSATION--- $28 to $37 per
hour, depending on expereince--- Medical, dental and vision
