research.Primary purpose: Supports the project team with
communications, meetings, status reports, and stakeholder
engagement. Works closely with a federal-government client in a
fast-paced environment; ensures compliance with regulatory
requirements and reporting standards. Supports rapid-response
communications, maintains records for transparency, and
collaborates with the team to ensure efficient project execution.
Works independently on routine tasks and seeks guidance for complex
projects.A successful candidate will do the following:Ensure clear
and timely communication with clients, stakeholders, and team
members to align on the project's progress and changesDraft, edit,
and proofread content for internal and external distributionTriage
inquiries and respond promptly to maintain positive relationships
with stakeholdersManage email communications and support
rapid-response effortsCoordinate meetings, prepare meeting
materials, and draft talking pointsTranscribe and compose clear
meeting minutes that capture key decisions and action itemsMaintain
records, communication logs, and versions of documents in
compliance with federal laws and policiesHelp plan and implement
project to fulfill project scope, goals, and deliverablesRequired
qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldFour
or more years of Project Coordination or other relevant
experienceProficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePointDemonstrated ability to
work effectively in a distributed, team-oriented, and collaborative
environment with federal partners and other federal
contractorsStrong organizational skills and attention to
detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience
adapting communication styles to various audiencesExperience with
government contracts or programsAbility thrive in a fast-paced
environmentAbility to successfully complete and maintain a
favorably adjudicated Level 5 Public Trust background
investigationPreferred qualifications:Background in public health,
healthcare IT, and/or health standards such as FHIRFamiliarity with
federal reporting and compliance processesExperience working
directly or on contract for Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC) and/or Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
(CMS)Experience in a role heavily focused on communicationsProject
Management Professional (PMP) or other related
certificationsAdditional information:We are a remote organization,
