Job Description:

Fortune 500 Bank is seeking dedicated Data Entry Clerk for temp to hire role.
 
Responsible for:
Entering information from a variety of sources into a computer database
Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness
Requires strong attention to detail, and good communication skills, and the ability to work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations
Qualified candidates will possess excellent data entry skills, 10 key as well as entering data into a free text form (new account forms, names, address, etc)
Candidates will need to be able to comprehend and listen to directions, use MS office applications
Operates a data entry device to input and maintain lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format
Could also be responsible for performing daily department tasks such as monitoring email boxes, and creating and updating spreadsheets
 
Requirements:
High school diploma or its equivalent with up to three years of experience in the field or in a related area
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, applications, and procedures. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. 3+ years of relevant work experience is required. Familiarity with MS Office and Lotus Notes required.
