RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a QA Analyst in Westborough, MA. Overview of role and responsibilities: * Need support with testing but also need to be able to help with some of the product duties* Backlog is currently very large, there is no shortage of work now so see this as flex more so, but would like to have the option to convert perm* Online pickup; Which has been evolving over the past few years and especially since COVID; Releasing a lot of features related to this* Badge Picking* Substitution for product programs* Ship from club and ship to home online programs* On lining new carriers to help with these programs* Runs themselves more as a startup - a lot of autonomy is given to their team* Innovative and excited to work for a team* Looking to take down the competition* Come in and want to be innovative, be a part of a team that is driven that wants to see their work out in the public view and take pride in thatJob Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* Testing experience - doesn't need 20 years of that experience* Doesn't need someone with 10 or 5 years of experience but would like at least 1-2 years of testing experience in how you evaluate* Would love someone with Product Management background and testing but the bigger emphasis would be on the testing* Understanding Agile methodology and what a Product Manager would do, know what stories are and how to work with Engineering/UX and Project Managers, and interest to coach/teach in how to do these stories* A few years of doing website/mobile app testing and internal team application testing* Manual/User testing will be here; Have a QA team who does their own automation testing, prioritizing * Jira or something similar there will be good enough* Collaboration tools* Teams is used heavily* Qualtrics, log racket* Google Analytics* Agile experience; This is the methodology they will be operating within; Agile is going to be very important.* Familiar with writing product stories, and familiar enough where they can pick it up relatively quickly* Must be a bit of a self-starter* Critical thinking, providing input into a product they're helping to build; Experience working within Cross-functional teams as well* Experience working with Mobile apps* Retail would be plus, anything customer facing would be hugeKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
