all digital channels. The Sr Ecommerce Fraud Analyst will be part
of the digital operations team, focused on fraud management across
BJs.com and the BJs App. This role will partner with internal and
external partners, taking preventive measures to reduce fraud while
ensuring a frictionless experience for our valued members. This
role will use order level data to identify trends, seeking new
opportunities or enhancements to improve top line and bottom line
performance. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key
Accountabilities Manage the efficacy of our fraud management
tool(s), working with our partners to identify improvements and
make adjustments as needed Lead the ecommerce fraud program
implementing new features and enhancements that support digital
growth while protecting BJ---s and its members Review, monitor, and
report on fraud activity daily/weekly, sharing meaningful insights
with digital leadership and key stakeholders Support new
Omnichannel fulfilment capabilities through direct involvement
technology projects: including driving requirements, supporting UAT
efforts, and coordinating across business teams Support and / or
lead key business initiatives throughout the organization, outside
of dotcom projects (e.g. operational touch bases, Holiday planning
meetings, business process changes) Perform day to day task
revolving around e-commerce operations including daily
communication within cross-departmental and also external parties
(vendors and service providers) Represent Operations team in
collaboration with cross-functional project teams Assist in the
establishment and tracking of key Operational KPIs to measure
channel effectiveness Maintain and contribute to issues and
opportunities list, identifying items to be resolved or developed
in the future for the benefit of the operations and BJ---s
wholesale members Understand key bjs.com systems at both the
context and functional levels, and leverage this understanding to
triage issues and identify opportunities for operational /member
experience improvement As needed, create documentation and
reference materials to help educate business teams on any new
functionality being introduced Qualifications Bachelor---s Degree
or equivalent experience 5-7 years experience in Ecommerce, with a
focus on fraud prevention and operations Strong understanding of
omnichannel retail and ecommerce, with experience in fraud
management. Big Box retail experience preferred. Ability to
facilitate consensus building between multiple stakeholder groups;
can achieve balance between many priorities. Ability to juggle
multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results oriented
environment. Flexibility to work in a decentralized structure.
Ability to interpret KPIs and develop action plans to improve on
operational metrics Strong organizational, time management, process
orientation and problem-solving skills with multiple
clients/vendors/projects. Microsoft Office, JIRA experience.
Self-motivated and results-oriented and capable of working
effectively individually and in a team environment. Willing to work
flexible hours, as needed, to hit project deadlines or address
production issues.
