UP TO A $3000 BONUS!!!Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per

- Master's (Required)License/Certification:
- BCBA/LABA (Required)DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments/Analyses as
assigned
- Conduct curricular assessments as assigned
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans for clients in a timely and
efficient manner
- Train caregivers and staff on the implementation of Behavior
Intervention Plans usingcompetency based training documentation
- Graph, analyze, and interpret data on the occurrence of target
behaviors and replacementbehaviors
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual
summaries/reports/updates within therequirements of funding source
- Complete detailed service logs documenting how services were
delivered
- Maintain certification by obtaining necessary continuing
education credits (CEUs) asspecified by the Behavior Analyst
Certification Board (BCBA)
- Train, model, and provide feedback on the implementation of the
behavior plan tocaregivers
- Assess clients' needs for therapy and provide ongoing
treatmentCOMPETENCIES:
