Job Description:
MRMC is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our
organization as a Technical Systems Analyst with our IT
Programming, Interoperability and Innovations group. The focus of
this position will be on communication platforms and the Meditech
MIS Module. This position will be responsible for providing the
best solutions used to help improve the efficiency of our Meditech
Expanse EHR and to help design, implement and support the various
platforms that are used by MRMC to help our clinicians and
employees communicate and collaborate effectively.
Statement of Purpose: Provide the Information Systems Department
with software and project management support for software
applications as assigned by IS Management. This position will
report to the Manager of IT Programming, Interoperability and
Innovation.
Qualifications:
Education:
4-year degree in IT related discipline or in another discipline
combined with job related experience preferred; at a minimum, a
2-year degree in IT related discipline combined with 5 years of
experience directed related to the position
required.Experience:
2-3 years experience as an analyst/project leader setting with
software applications.
Hospital IT experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to
communicate effectively and professionally.
Ability to produce clear written material.
Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and
understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Able to work in and team or independently
Detail orientedExperience with leading projects
Meditech Experience including MIS, Background Jobs and/or Delivery
Jobs preferred but not required
Experience with communication platforms including secure texting,
paging, emergency management notifications and/or faxing solutions
preferred but not required.
