He/she reports to the Executive Director of Operations and is responsible for supporting the entire team on business case development, project management and project execu tion for business improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: --- Leverage business experience and industry best practices to develop ideas for process improvement projects .--- Support the development of detailed improvement proposals . P res ent B usiness Cases and Return on Investment analysis to key stakeholders to gain their support.--- Apply experience and project management skills to lead projects and deliver results on time and on budget .--- Work with project teams to understand, document and manage project objectives, requirements, scope, schedules, and resources .--- Lead and coordinate execution of project work .--- Provide regular updates on project status to key stakeholders and management .--- Iden tify, communicate, and manage risks and issues .--- Manage project quality to reduce the need for rework and ensure stakeholder satisfaction .--- Manage vendor selection process as required .--- Report on project results after project closure .--- Apply technical experien ce and expertise to ensure success of complex software and technology projects .--- Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment and be able to juggle multiple , ever - changing priorities .--- Successfully navigate the KARL STORZ organization locally, as well as glob ally . Qualifications :--- P rofessional C ertification in P roject M anagement preferred--- Subject Matter Expert on SAP transactions, procedures, and process es in the Supply Chain area.--- BS/BA preferred . 5+ years relevant work experience required .--- Proven ability to complete complex/cross functional Supply Chain p rojects .--- Technologically savvy, with aptitude for rapid learning/application of latest technolog ies.--- Experience with complex software projects is required .
