As a senior digital analyst, you'll be responsible for business reporting enablement for the digital analytics team through partnering closely with IT, engineering and product teams and building the right data models and tools to support cross-functional digital initiatives. What you'll do

• Develop data solutions of high complexity using multiple coding languages to meet the needs of the digital organization and business teams.
• Use technical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with deep stakeholder and end-user understanding to develop data solutions which provide value, are timely, and meet quality standards.
  • Build and maintain back-end BI infrastructure and models to support multiple tools and reporting methods, enabling flexible downstream reporting.
  • Learn and apply skills with new tools and technology. Continuously support the organizations move to more sophisticated analytics/tools. Suggest improvements to existing processes and implement.
  • Build proof-of-concepts and prototype solutions, and handle any assessment of their viability and scalability, in partnership with IT, engineering, and product teams.
  • Gather enhancements requirements from reporting and analytics teams, as well as business partners, in a structured and routine manner, prioritize and project manage through completion.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and communicate outages and fixes to stakeholders with predictable ETA's.
  • Compile and ensure complete documentation and act as expert primary point of contact for digital reporting and analytics teams' data challenges and questions.
  • Maintain communication, SLA processes and templates with focus on transparency, timeliness, and impact understanding. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is required, masters preferred.
    • -5+ years of relevant professional experience.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
    • Proven experience in web analytics technology like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and Google Analytics
    • Expert understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistical modeling techniques and data mining concepts is desirable.
    • Strong written, verbal communication and project management skills.
    • Experience presenting complex concepts and data to executive stakeholders
