Job Title: ADMS Infrastructure Support Analyst
Location: Northborough, MA (On-Site)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Start Date: ASAP

Technical/Functional Skills Experience Required Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) department currently provides IT support services for Energy Management Systems (EMS), Outage Management Systems (OMS), and Gas Management System (Client) applications that drive the companys operations

The role is responsible for supporting Tool, Application and Monitoring infrastructure for US Critical National Infrastructure (CNI)
The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, teamwork, oral and written communication skills

Core Competencies:
- RHEL knowledge
- VMWare knowledge
- Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019 knowledge
- Baseline tools experience (for example: Tripwire Enterprise, Tanium)
- Logging tools experience (for example Snare, Tripwire Log center)
- Vulnerability toolsets experience (for example: FireEye, Nessus, Tripwire IP360)
- Operating System and Application vulnerability patching tool experience (for example: WSUS, IBM BigFix)
- System backup tool experience (for example: Net Vault)
- Multi factor tool experience (for example: RSA)

Roles & Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Participate in projects while meeting critical deadlines
Self-motivated individual
Ensure that configuration and change management processes are documented accurately
Respond to all major incidents
Create new server and system environments as needed, including designing, completing system installation, documenting, and enforcing system standards
Optimize system performance by monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling upgrades to maintain a secure and reliable environment
Secure mission critical systems by establishing policies, enforcing policies and monitoring access
Implement changes to stage, test, development, and production to allow applications and services to access devices
Ensure device logging is active and forwarding properly to the appropriate repository
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues by troubleshooting and utilizing creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
Local travel is required, as needed, to support the CNI environments
Participate in an on-call rotation, providing after-hours and storm support when required
Generic Managerial Skills
Demonstrated success as a self-starter
Ability to work with a team and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines
Ability to create consensus among different stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to the project/application stakeholders
Manage all interfaces and communication between the vendor, Project Team, and business stakeholders; identify gaps and implement improved processes where required
Communicate all key aspects of the project on a regular basis through monthly updates and other updates as critical developments occur
Education BE/BS or masters in computer science engineering or equivalent experience.
