Job Description:

Summary- The Maintenance Manager provides thought leadership, strategic planning, and departmental management of the maintenance function. The position is responsible for developing associates under his/her direct supervision. Also responsible, for supporting and accomplishing goals and objectives using the team management approach by working closely with other departments, especially Production and Engineering. This role reports to the VP of Operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years proven work experience in a Maintenance Management role
Must have experience with ammonia refrigeration
Must have electrical experience
Expertise in utilization of computer software
Proficient in excel and word platform
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in all levels
Demonstrate leadership experience with a high-functioning, fast-paced team
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly while maintaining a high-priority to the safety of our workforce
Must read and write English

Job Type: Full-time, direct hire

Salary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
