The Business Systems Analyst assists with resolving lab test and result code mapping issues by reviewing interface error logs, works with team and vendors to address issues and make corrections. In addition, this role will populate Excel spreadsheets with new lab information and mapping, including indication of sensitive nature of test and source (blood vs. Lastly, the Business Systems Analyst will proactively address and communicate issues that may arise.

Builds strong relationships with IT, vendors, and other staff members to regularly address issues and opportunities for improvement
Processes workflow changes with vendors and staff to reduce potential impacts to lab mapping or improve patient safety

Epic certification - EpicCare Ambulatory, CareEverywhere, and or Beaker or 3+ years of experience working with Epic applications
-Associates or Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field of study
-2+ years of experience working with Microsoft applications and Excel
