Resp for optimizing CRM systems, processes, & workflows to drive organizational growth, improve customer satisfaction, & maximize operational efficiency.

Monitors/reports on the co.'s inventory & contributes to efficient handling of the co.'s sales products & supplies.

Maintains computerized d/base & develops comp prgms to improve tracking systems.

Reqs an Associate's Deg in IT, Comp Analytics, or equiv.

& 2 yrs.

relevant exp, incl exp working w/ CRM s/ware, inventory mgmt s/ware & forecasting strategies; exp conducting tracking & data analysis; & versatile w/ MS
Office tools & CRM.
