Description Our Human Resources department is seeking a Talent and Diversity Consultant to join our growing team in our Worcester, MA office. The Talent and Diversity Consultant will assist in the implementation of talent initiatives aligned with strategic business priorities. This position will have impact on practices that support and promote an inclusive and high performance workplace culture. This individual will work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and support efforts and programs led by the Talent Management center of excellence (COE). Responsibilities: - Manages simultaneous talent and workplace culture related projects and programs with a lens for continuous improvement in partnership with functional leads. - Synthesizes and analyzes talent data to identify trends, inform solutions, and measures the effectiveness and impact of talent programs. - Conducts deep research on talent management best practices both in and outside of industry and performs ongoing analysis of current offerings and programs. - Prepares and presents clear recommendations that align to talent priorities and programs that help to propel the organization forward. - Manages the administration of leadership assessments and partners with our Workforce Intelligence team to track assessment utilization and effectiveness. - Maintains a pulse on the employee experience through regular consultation with HR and business colleagues to identify on-going workplace culture and development needs. - Optimizes and works closely with existing Employees Resource Groups to best align to Inclusion & Diversity strategy, and advise and support new groups as they form. - Manages weekly operations and events for internal and external I & D branding efforts. - Serves as a subject matter expert on special enterprise projects as assigned. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree - 1-3 years relevant experience in a project/program management, consultative, or diversity/talent management role or other related area - Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on project and program management - Ability to look at data and information and pull qualitative and quantitative insights from it - Ability to understand current state of organization as well as desired future state - Must be able to problem solve and adapt quickly to changing circumstances - Strong verbal communication, written and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships - Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality - Strong partnering and collaboration across Human Resources and business functions in a complex matrix environment - Inclusive approach with an open and curious growth mindset - Approaches role as a continuous learner and has a strong commitment to embodying corporate CARE values in day-to-day work - Has an understanding and appreciation of individual differences and works effectively with varied persons and/or groups - Conveys confidence in others ability to do their best, while projecting a positive image and serving as a role model for others - Proficient with technology including SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite.
