Account Manager 2, RenewalsJoin us as an Account Manager 2 on our Renewals team in the United States to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you'll achieveAs an Account Manager 2, Renewals, you be responsible for implementing and managing contract renewal initiatives. You will maintain contract revenue base at highest possible retention rate, protect contract revenue stream, while ensuring timely contract renewal and promoting awareness of upgrades and add-onsYou will:Duties include driving specific renewals and tech refresh sales programs, outbound calling, and prospecting to grow market shareResponsible for handling customer sales inquiries with the goal of maintaining or upgrading existing customers' products and servicesAdvises customer of expiring support or maintenance contracts, pricing, new service offerings, etc.Will have sufficient knowledge to understand customer's embedded base of products as well as new product features and their benefits to customersCan effectively interface at many levels internally and within the customer's organizationMay mentor and supervise junior team membersTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
