Job DescriptionNouria Energy Corporation Job Description:Position: Territory Sales Representative, Wholesale FuelReports to: Executive Vice PresidentLocation: New Hampshire & MaineCompany Summary:Nouria is a multi-generational family fuel distributor, convenience store and car wash operator. Our wholesale and retail fuel sites are branded Mobil, Shell, Irving, Citgo, Gulf, Valero, Sunoco, Phillips 66, Exxon and unbranded brands. Our wholesale operations supply branded and unbranded fuel to over 300 locations across New England and New York. We are ranked in the top 50 largest convenience store chains in the country, operating 150+ company-operated locations throughout New England. We are also ranked within the top 10 largest car wash chains in the country, operating 55+ car washes throughout New England under the Golden Nozzle tradename.Job Description:This job role is responsible for identifying opportunities to increase Nouria's new business development and overall business success by prospecting with potential leads and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prospecting and developing sales leads, along with preparing and presenting sales proposals for its rapidly expanding branded wholesale fuels business. In addition will be challenged with maintaining good customer relations with its existing dealer network.Major Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to increase Nouria's wholesale market presence with new fuel supply deals
  • Develop business success through new wholesale contacts
  • Establish relationships with industry vendors and major oil brand representatives
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to Executive Vice President for approval
  • Maintain existing and cultivate current dealer relations
  • Organize territory and maintain regular face-to-face customer engagement
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently on branding a location
  • Ability to negotiate new and current contracts
    • Become proficient and maintain fuel brand standards
    • Protect company assets to maximize profitability
    • Ability to multi-task and maintain multiple projects simultaneously
    • Represent a positive and successful attitudeEducation/Experience/Skill Requirements:
      • Minimum 5+ years' experience; petroleum industry experienced strongly preferred
      • Experience in fuel sales management with preferred a BS/BA degree
      • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
      • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and perform in a fast-paced constantly changing environment, while simultaneously relating to customers, outside contacts and fellow employees
      • Travel required throughout assigned sales territory
      • Time management and above average organization skills
      • Computer skills such as Microsoft Suite and other technology based required for the position
