Job Description:

Proline Services is a small family-owned business that fabricates and installs quality stone countertops in MA, CT, & RI. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with at least 2 years of business to business OUTSIDE sales to help us grow. Knowledge of granite/countertop industry or construction is a plus.



Responsibilities Include

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customer
Generate leads and company supplied leads
Update our CRM system with leads, progress, and customer information
Conduct product knowledge trainings with our customers
Keep existing customers up to date with samples, pricing, and product info
Monthly status reports and meetings with management
Communicate with office staff regarding customer preferences
Reach agreed upon sales targets



Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years business to business sales
Minimum of 2 years customer service
Ability to build strong rapport with customers
Detail oriented
Highly motivated
MUST HAVE Valid Driver's license



Position Details:

Position is full time (40 hours) Mon-Fri. We are flexible on start/end times.
Competitive Pay! Salary PLUS Commission. Based on Experience. Experience in the granite/countertop industry is a HUGE plus.
