Overview
Milton CAT is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for
our Milford, MA location. This position will be responsible for
greeting customers, answering incoming phone calls, directing
customers and calls to the appropriate associates as well as
solving customer inquiries. The perfect candidate will be highly
organized, have the ability to provide an exceptional customer
experience and work in a fast-paced environment. Note: Weekend
availability is required
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers and incoming calls
with high energy and in an engaging manner
- Answer inquiries and direct customers and calls to the
appropriate associates
- Assist in expediting and locating orders, research
missing/wrong orders
- Assist with cleaning and the organizing the parts pick-up,
kiosk and dock area
- Assist in processing core returns, new part returns and
warranty part returns
- Assist Parts Counter Reps with customer purchases and process
payments for orders
- Process electronic orders including eBiz, PartsStore and
PCC
- Order, sell and maintain accurate inventory of CAT merchandise
and apparel
- Assist other departments as needed to quote customers on
services and parts
- Work on other projects as assigned by the
Supervisor/Manager
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills,
retail experience a strong plusPleasant phone voice, good energy,

skills with an ability to multitaskFast-paced, highly driven,
ability to work under pressureSolid with technology, able to grasp
new technology quicklyWorks with a sense of urgency and with
