Responsibilities:
--- Speak, engage, and follow up with leads using our follow-up process
--- Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding home ownership
--- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
--- Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers
--- Must be willing to work a 40+ hour week including some weekends and evenings
--- Successfully closed an average of 2 sales per month during the calendar year
--- Participate in weekly team meetings and daily huddles or one on one -
--- Must consistently utilize our proven systems and tools (provided by the company) to grow your business

Qualifications:
--- Valid US driver's license
--- Current Massachusetts Real Estate license (if you do not have your license yet you may still apply and must be able to complete licensing course)
--- A minimum 1-year of experience selling real estate Is preferred but anyone without experience and a desire to learn is also encouraged to apply
--- Ability to work well in a team environment but is also a self-starter who takes ownership of daily tasks and work schedule
--- Outstanding customer service and listening skills
--- High school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
--- Some understanding of CRMs
--- High level of social skills, our business is people-based and does require much interaction with other people
--- Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of G-Mail, Google docs, Google sheets, Google calendar, and Google Drive -
--- Ability to shift gears quickly to accommodate new priorities, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple complex activities simultaneously
