Job DescriptionSales Representative:Overview:This role is of a Junior level, someone with 6 months to 10 years of experience. The right candidate will be responsible for researching the healthcare market and picking out potential clients to cold call and promote MSG Staffing services along with our talent. This role is mostly an inside sales position but will require some local travel to visit clients, up to 10% of the time.Sales Representative:

  • Sell Staffing Services through effective outbound and in-person activities.
  • Visiting potential clients in the area and within a 60 mile radius, determining who the person is that makes the staffing decisions, meeting those people to determine their needs, building relationships and ultimately bringing them and their company into the MSG customer base.
  • Build, manage, qualify and maintain a database of clients and prospects that is aligned to the business opportunity in the market.
  • Effectively recruit, interview, retain, coach and develop talent, understanding their need and helping them meet their professional goals.
  • Market the talent’s skills, knowledge and abilities to the right companies so that we make the best match for the client and the talent.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and trends in order to develop strong business plans for each key account, and to plan and achieve specific sales goals.
  • Work closely with management to identify new areas for improvement and growth.
  • Consistently exceed client and talent expectations.
  • Ability to identify, build and manage key customer accounts for the purpose of maintaining and increase both sales and gross profit.
  • Responsible for promoting the company.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting.Sales Representative Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of professional B2B sales, ideally in a recruiting/staffing environment
    • Possess the ability to navigate through a healthcare setting to get to the proper decision maker
    • Comfortable making outbound prospecting calls and establish rapport and trust immediately
    • Strong written and verbal skills; excellent phone and email communication skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Ability to pick up new concepts quickly and work independentlyRequired Education:
