matching program Job Details Job Details: Our organization is
seeking a seasoned Sr. Clinical Program Manager to join our dynamic
team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to
work in a fast-paced and innovative healthcare environment. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing and
overseeing the execution of clinical programs, ensuring compliance
with regulatory standards, and driving product development. This
role requires a hands-on approach, strategic thinking, and the
ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. MUST HAVE
EXPERIENCE WITH RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS Responsibilities: 1. Lead the
planning, execution, and management of complex clinical programs,
ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in
compliance with regulatory standards. 2. Drive product development
processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
alignment with strategic objectives. 3. Utilize project management
principles and methodologies to deliver high-quality results,
maintaining matrix accountability for all project outcomes. 4.
Oversee the preparation and submission of IND and NDA applications,
ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant. 5.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify
potential issues and mitigate impact on clinical program timelines
and deliverables. 6. Foster strong relationships with key
stakeholders, including clinical investigators, regulatory
agencies, and internal teams. 7. Continually monitor and report on
the progress of clinical programs, providing updates to senior
leadership and making recommendations for improvements when
necessary. 8. Ensure all clinical program activities adhere to
ethical standards and protect patient safety. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree
preferred. 2. PMP certification or equivalent project management
qualification. 3. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in clinical
program management within the healthcare industry. 4. Proven
experience in product development, IND and NDA submissions, and
clinical documentation. 5. Strong understanding of regulatory
standards and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.
6. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality
results. 7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with
the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. 8. Strong
strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
anticipate and mitigate risks. 9. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with key stakeholders. 10. Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite and project management software. This is an exciting
