Job Skills / Requirements Northeast security is seeking Security Concierge Officers for premiere Class A buildings in Somerville. Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Schedule: Part-Time Saturday-Sunday 3:00pm-11:00pm Role offers parking on-site Must be able to pass a 5-year driving record check Security Concierge Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Concierge will be front facing and a direct representation for not only the building, but the clients that are in the building as well. Concierge will need to uphold the client’s appearance and culture at all times along with making guests feel welcomed and approachable. Must keep a professional appearance. Must remain on post at all times. Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents. Basic computer knowledge Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel. Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations. Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc Security Concierge Skills: Excellent customer service skills and service delivery orientation Client Management Skills Strong Leadership skills. Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to show responsibility and friendliness towards clients and residents. Strong professionalism Ability to solve conflict/problem solve. Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards. Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment. Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures. Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizations Security Concierge Requirements: Customer Service Experience required. Minimum of 1-year of Security experience required. Neat and professional appearance Dependable means of transportation Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal) High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record of three years or more is required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
