Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Supporting early
childhood development in a dynamic, special education setting, this
role focuses on delivering occupational therapy services to
preschool-aged children. The position is ideal for a licensed
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) seeking consistent, flexible hours
while making a meaningful impact on young learners. Location:
Cambridge, MA Setting: Early Childhood School Job Type: Contract
Duration: Current school year, with potential extension through
June 24, 2026 Key Responsibilities: - Provide occupational therapy
evaluations and interventions for a mixed caseload ranging from
mild to severe needs - Collaborate with special education staff to
support individualized education plans (IEPs) - Use developmentally
appropriate therapeutic techniques tailored to children aged
approximately 2.8 to 5.6 years old - Participate in team meetings,
progress monitoring, and parent communication - Maintain accurate
documentation in compliance with regulatory and program standards
Qualifications and Experience: - Active Occupational Therapist
Registered/Licensed (OTR/L) credential required - Experience
working with preschool-aged children in a school or therapeutic
setting preferred - Ability to work collaboratively with educators,
therapists, and families - Flexible scheduling within the window of
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, ideally working from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, five
days per week This opportunity offers a balanced schedule and a
