SterlingBridge Insurance Agency, -headquartered in downtown
-Worcester, MA -is seeking a highly motivated individual with
insurance experience to join our growing team. - In this position
you will be responsible for day-to-day servicing and selling of
Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines accounts in our P&C
department centrally located in Worcester, MA. If you have worked
for an insurance company, or an agency, this may be the right fit
for you!
Provide a high level of customer service and sales/marketing
expertise in personal/commercial lines business while fostering and
maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Address client
inquiries based on product knowledge and sound business decisions.
Ensure timely, organized and efficient sales and service
results.The successful candidate will have the following:Current
P&C licensePrior Agency Customer Service/Sales experienceMust
be proficient in all lines of business-including coverage,
underwriting & ratingExcellent written & verbal communication
skillsAbility to understand insurance product contract
languageStrong organizational, & computer skillsPossess a strong
sales acumenKnowledge of Applied Epic or comparable CRM system a
